1. Services Provided

East Bay Window Cleaning & Maintenance, INC. provides professional services including but not limited to:

Interior and exterior window cleaning

High-rise window cleaning (using boom lifts, rigs, and suspended systems)

Construction clean-up

Carpet cleaning

Floor care and maintenance

Facade cleaning

Trash chute cleaning

General building maintenance services

All work is performed by trained technicians, including OSHA-certified workers.

2. Estimates & Scope of Work

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Final pricing may change if:

Job conditions differ from what was described

Additional work is requested

Access limitations or safety concerns arise

Any changes will be communicated before proceeding.

3. Access & Job Site Conditions

The client is responsible for ensuring:

Safe and clear access to all work areas

Removal of obstacles, furniture, or valuables

Pets are secured

Water and electricity access if required

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to restricted access.

4. Weather & Safety Conditions

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

Rain, wind, or extreme weather

Unsafe working conditions

Equipment or access limitations

Safety is our top priority, especially for high-rise operations.

5. Pre-Existing Conditions

The Company is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, including:

Scratched, cracked, or brittle glass

Faulty seals or frames

Oxidation, hard water stains, or mineral buildup

Loose or deteriorating screens

Cleaning may reveal existing damage that was not previously visible.

6. Stain & Restoration Disclaimer

Standard window cleaning does not guarantee removal of:

Hard water stains

Paint, debris, or construction residue

Oxidation or permanent discoloration

Additional restoration services may be required at an extra cost.

7. High-Rise & Specialized Equipment Work

For high-rise or elevated work:

We use certified equipment including boom lifts, rigs, and suspended systems

All technicians are trained and safety-certified

Work may be limited based on building conditions, anchor points, or safety compliance

8. Property Damage

While we take every precaution, the Company is not liable for:

Damage caused by pre-existing conditions

Improperly installed glass, frames, or fixtures

Normal wear and tear discovered during cleaning

Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

Deposits may be required for large or commercial jobs

Late payments may be subject to additional fees

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service for unpaid balances.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-hour notice is required for cancellations

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns

11. Third-Party & Subcontractors

We may use subcontractors or third-party providers when necessary.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party services outside our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, East Bay Window Cleaning & Maintenance, INC. is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of business or income

Pre-existing property issues

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond the scope of work.
