OUR STORY
East Bay Building Services INC. was founded with a clear purpose: to deliver a higher standard of service in an industry where quality and reliability often fall short.
Our roots trace back to union window cleaning, where precision, safety, and discipline are non-negotiable. In 2008, founder Eliseo Aguilar took that experience and built a company focused on doing things the right way, every time.
As demand grew, so did our capabilities. In 2014, co-owner Lupe Olivera joined the company, helping expand services beyond window cleaning into full-scale building maintenance, including construction clean-up, janitorial services, and specialty cleaning solutions.
Today, East Bay Building Services has grown into a trusted name across Northern California, serving commercial properties, high-rise buildings, and construction projects of all sizes.
